1975 was a pivotal year for 97 Rock, pop culture and Classic Rock. This year marks the 40th anniversary of Q-FM-97 (97 Rock’s first name), Saturday Night Live and “Physical Graffiti,” all of whom came to be in 1975.
97 Rock presents 40 From 40– a look at the 40 most important Classic Rock songs from 40 years ago. You voted for your favorite song from 1975 and qualified to win a pair of tickets to the 97 Rock Weenie Roast, starring Def Leppard, Styx and Tesla at Darien Lake on July 12th.
