Ronnie Wood has confirmed that The Rolling Stones’ 25th studio album is finished and set to be released sometime in 2026. Speaking with The Sun during an event at the band’s flagship RS No.9 shop on Carnaby Street in London, Wood also hinted that he, Mick Jagger, and Keith Richards are planning to tour in support of the new record, though details are still being finalized. “Yes, you will be getting a new album next year. It is done,” Wood definitively told the U.K. publication, while adding, “We are hoping to do some dates. Hopefully we will be back out there but I am still waiting to find out myself.” Rumors of the new album surfaced earlier this year, supported by producer Andrew Watt who recently confirmed that he is working on a new album with the band, following up his production duties on their Grammy-winning 2023 album, Hackney Diamonds.
