This astronaut mastered the art of making a gourmet taco in space

European Space Agency astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti  posted a video of a space taco even Earthlings could drool over.  Watch as Cristoforetti loads her taco up with leek cream, tomatoes, quinoa and mackerel — truly a gourmet meal for astronauts more accustomed to freeze-dried beef patties and tang.
