Every hockey fan loved to hate Sean Avery, one of the most recognizable agitators in recent NHL memory.  He even had a rule named after himself for being too distracting to opposing goalies!  Seriously, it’s called “the Avery rule.”

He hit hard on and off the ice, frequently serving NHL suspensions for dirty hits while dating supermodels and famous actresses.  So Sean wrote down his experiences in “Ice Capades: A memoir of fast living and tough hockey,” an autobiography on one of the most hated NHL pests.
