Long time Buffalo concert promoter Bruce Moser’s credited with bringing U2 stateside for their first appearance in North America ever.
He booked their now infamous debut in Buffalo in 1980, when they opened up for Talas at Stage One. Bruce claims only 8 people were there to witness the fledgling beginnings of the one of the biggest bands on the planet, and now they’re set to sell out New Era Field next week on 30th anniversary tour of “The Joshua Tree” album.
Bruce spent some time on Morning Bull to remember his friends to this day in U2, as you’ll hear in the interview below.
