Did you know Neal started out as a teenager with Carlos Santana’s band?  The guitarist finally reunites with Santana on a new album due out this summer and chats with “The Professor” on his latest solo project.

HIGHLIGHTS: Just how did Neal and Carlos get back together? The two live near close by in the Bay Area, and ran into each other “almost every other day.”

On their collaboration, “it was kind of just inevitable for me to throw it at him and say ‘Carlos we need to do something together.’ It just kinda grew into what it did and I threw out the idea of bringing the rest of the original band in, and he thought about it and said ‘Great idea! Let’s do it!'”
