Imagine being stranded on a desert island without water, food or... beer!!  Fortunately you do have five albums to keep you company.  So... what are the five ablums that you couldn't live without?

By picking only five albums to live with, it may cause you to pick a variety of compilations, live albums, greatest hits or soundtracks, and so the final countdown isn't necessarily the greatest albums ever recorded.

Great Concept !!!!
I enjoyed it very much. One thing I liked it that you didn't broadcast it 24/7. I didn't want to miss a lot of the albums overnight and was luckily able to llisten most of the 10- 7 period.

One suggestion- next time ( I hope soon) play the 500 top rock albums, Maybe use Billboard as a source. It would be neat to see the comparisons with the 500 Desert Island Discs.
Thanks again for an anwesome 2 weeks.

Anybody that grew up in the 1980's KNOWS without a doubt that Back In Black is a no brainer top 5 album. Whoever thinks otherwise needs to get a clue or buy the cd and listen to it!

I just realized AC/DC would be the one band I would be quite comfortable not having with me if I was stranded on a desert island. But today since I am not stranded, I'm not uncomfortable, but instead just dissappointed my 97 Rock counter parts made their #3 Album, Really?
P.S. ... Great Job! Love this stuff, what a conversation starter, wish I had someone to talk to (at the moment)

I would like 97Rock to add a PDF of all the albums and songs played. I can only listen off and on, so I missed many of the albums & songs.
