The Red Rocker himself returns to the 97 Rock airwaves just in time for 80’s week.

Did you know Sammy used to be a garbage man in Rochester, NY?  Neither did the Morning Bull staff!  There’s lots to unpack in this quick chat with the former Van Halen frontman.

Sammy speaks very highly of his Buffalo memories, including how he ended up marrying Jim Kelly’s ex girlfriend.  Yeah, that Jim Kelly.  They’re friends now, so don’t worry about any bad blood between the Hall of Fame quarterback and the former Van Halen singer.

He’s on the road with his newest project, “The Circle”, alongside Michael Anthony, Vic Johnson and Jason Bonham, where you can see him at Artpark this summer with Night Ranger!
