Morning Bull is celebrating “History of Buffalo Beer Week”, so what better way to celebrate than one of Buffalo’s most accomplished new brewers, founder and brewmaster of CBW, Ethan Cox.

The man is a true Buffalo beer historian, he literally wrote the book on the subject after all:

Since Iroquois Beer was such a mainstay of Buffalo’s brewing heyday, Community Beer Works is working on bringing back their famous lager for the next generation.
