DETAILED CONTEST RULES

1. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the contest. Void where prohibited.

2. Grand Prize Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on specified date.

3. Winner will be notified by e-mail, postal mail or telephone that they have won the Grand Prize. Winner must come to Citadel Broadcasting studios at a mutually agreed date and time prior to claim their prize.

4. In claiming their prize, winner(s) will be required to sign Citadel Broadcasting Release Forms before their prize will be awarded. Winner will be responsible for all taxes, including federal, state, and local and therefore must present a Social Security Card when claiming the prize. Winner must show picture identification to claim prize. Citadel Broadcasting reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.

5. Citadel Broadcasting cannot be held liable or responsible for any telephone, e-mail or Internet failures, malfunctions or irregularities during the contest nor can Citadel Broadcasting be held liable or responsible for any discrepancies by the U.S. Postal Service or any delivery service, courier or other entity involved in delivering prizes, entries or contest information to or from the station. Citadel Broadcasting is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit the ability to participate in the contest. Citadel Broadcasting reserves the right to cancel or suspend this contest should a problem beyond Citadel Broadcasting’ control disrupt the Internet portion of the contest. In such an event, Citadel Broadcasting may chose only entries received by alternate means. Citadel Broadcasting cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.

6. To be eligible to participate in this contest, contestants must be New York State residents 18 years and older, and not be employees of Citadel Broadcasting, other Buffalo-Niagara Falls radio and television facilities, contest sponsors, and their immediate families. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Citadel Broadcasting reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who is financed, aided, encouraged or prompted by an employee or family member of any other Buffalo-Niagara Falls radio and television facilities. One entry per person unless otherwise noted.

7. Contest winners and persons in their immediate families and/or households are disqualified from winning more than one contest or promotion of any kind from Citadel Broadcasting stations within 30 calendar days. Winners are not allowed to win more than one Grand Prize contest from Citadel Broadcasting within 18 months. The definition of a “Grand Prize” is at the sole discretion of Citadel Broadcasting management.

8. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Citadel Broadcasting. Participation in the contest and the prizes awarded are nontransferable. Failure to collect the prize within 30 days will constitute forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain property of Citadel Broadcasting. Another winner will not be selected. Claimed prizes (or any part thereof) cannot be returned. Prizes must be picked up during regular business hours.

9. In claiming their prize, the winner acknowledges that Citadel Broadcasting and the sponsor(s) have the right to, without further authorization, publicize their name, character likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that they are the Grand Prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

10. Citadel Broadcasting reserves the right to make rules and contest changes without notice at any time. Citadel Broadcasting also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest dates without notice.

11. The decision of the Citadel Broadcasting management in the interpretation of these rules is final.

12. If the winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. Citadel Broadcasting may disqualify a contestant immediately upon learning the contest has given any false information.

13. Citadel Broadcasting and their representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for bodily harm to winner and not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

14. Citadel Broadcasting and their representatives, and agencies and employees are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in travel, lodging or ticket arrangements.

15. You may receive the winner’s name after the contest by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Contest Name, Citadel Broadcasting, 50 James E. Casey Drive, Buffalo, NY 14206.

16. The contest will be suspended in the event that our programming is interrupted due to mechanical error beyond our control, an emergency broadcast announcement, or an act of God.

17. Citadel Broadcasting is not liable for the failure of the provider of any part of the prize to satisfy its obligation to furnish its portion of the prize.

18. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries.
