We know that Western New York is a great place to live, but which town or community is THE BEST in our area?

(10/19/2009 9:43:25 PM) I've lived in woodlawn for all my life and in my opinion there isn't a better place to live. Five min from Buffalo, and five min from the thruway to go anywhere else. Then i also live up the street from the largest beach in WNY. The Woodlawn deli has a great Pizza for only $7.99 large and one topping. |

(10/4/2009 6:45:35 AM) I live in Alden. I grew up in Black Rock/Riverside area. It was an awesome area to be from, then it took a turn in the 90's for the worst! I moved to Amherst /Tonawanda in the Green Acres area and loved it! Great Neighbors, Police Coverage, and Almost every store you can think of on Niag Falls Blvd. But it got too small and houses too close together. So we sold and Moved to Alden! Now we have 5 acres, two homes on one property, and the dogs run wild! Restaurants everywhere, Tops on broadway, and the eastern Hills Mall 3 miles away! this is the final stop and as long as I can get 97 rock out here, thats all thats matters! |
