Discuss: What's your musical Guilty Pleasure?

You're a 97 Rock and Classic Rock listener. You've seen dozens of great concerts at the Aud and HSBC Arena. You have an extensive cd library and own all the essential classic albums. You can discuss the finer points of Bon Scott vs. Brian Johnson, or if "Who's Next" is better than "Exile On Main Street."
Yet when alone in your car, you occasionally will pop in your wife's Best of the Carpenters cd and and sing along to "Close To You." This is your guilty pleasure!
And if it's not the Carpenters, it's the Go-Go's, the Spinners or some boy band from the early 90's (o.k., better not admit to that one).
We want to know what is your musical guilty pleasure? You know, an artist you would never expect to hear on 97 Rock or you'd play in front of your buddies, but you enjoy when taking a break from your healthy diet of Zeppelin, Seger and ZZ Top.
Tell us your guilty pleasure here and see replies below. Maybe you're not alone...

(9/20/2009 6:16:08 PM) The Jonas Brothers of thier day : The Monkees. I also love Alice Cooper and listen to them one after the other. It's sort of like musical bipolar-disorder. |
